Role Summary
As an RBT in Frederick, MD, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, support students with autism and other developmental needs, and contribute to a positive and structured learning environment.
Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Record and track data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and school staff
• Assist in developing and maintaining behavior supports in the classroom
• Support students in both academic and social settings
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements (Maryland)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children or students with special needs preferred
• Ability to pass background check and school district clearance
