Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Maintenance Equipment Lead Engineer for a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design nuclear maintenance equipment systems, focusing on operational aspects
• Create operational narratives and diagrams for equipment and systems
• Provide technical direction and guidance to engineers on nuclear-related design and operations standards

Required Qualifications and Education

• B.S. in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical system design and operations
• Experience with nuclear reactors or nuclear maintenance process systems
• Current or previously qualified nuclear plant operator is highly desired
• Experience working to quality standards on design activities, such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
