Observability Architect Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Observability Architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Observability Architects
• Define and execute impactful customer lifecycle frameworks in collaboration with the Engagement Management team
• Partner with sales leadership to drive adoption and expansion within the customer base

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience and 5+ years in the high-tech industry
• Direct experience in mentoring and managing performance over time
• Knowledge of operational expertise in the Grafana Platform or competing observability products
• Experience selling monitoring, data, or visualization products
• Extensive Grafana deployment design expertise
