Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to maximize the efficiency of physical space in a corporate real estate context.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to understand current space usage
• Develop and manage seating assignments and floor plan layouts
• Project future space requirements based on business growth or downsizing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field (preferred)
• 0-2 years of experience in space or occupancy planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit is a bonus
