Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage seating assignments and floor plan layouts
- Project future space requirements based on business growth or downsizing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in space or occupancy planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit is a bonus
