Ohio Licensed Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team in a hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and manage fixed asset accounting
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver financial insights and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or auditing roles
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, general ledger, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Aderant or Sage is a plus
• Commitment to accuracy and compliance in financial processes
