Key Responsibilities
- Define and align the strategic direction of the analytics team with global brand objectives
- Partner with marketing and insights functions to develop impactful reporting metrics
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives to uncover new opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical analytics or related experience (or 8+ years with a Master's degree)
- Experience with data visualization
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, or Python, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and familiarity with pharmaceutical sales data
