Online Human Resources Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty in Human Resources Management for an online, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned courses using a pre-designed curriculum and enhance it with technology
• Provide timely feedback and support to students through various communication methods
• Attend faculty meetings and adhere to university policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Doctorate Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management preferred
• 3 years of Project Management experience required
• Teaching experience at the college level and online teaching experience are strongly preferred
• Professional certification in discipline specialty (if applicable)
