Job Summary
A company is looking for a TRC Service Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate documentation on all maintenance and repair events
- Verify necessity and fairness of repair and maintenance work
- Maintain monthly performance goals at or above established targets
Required Qualifications
- Valid mechanic's license 310S or 310T
- 5+ years of technical automotive experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a contact center setting (Asset)
- Post-Secondary Education (i.e. College diploma, Certificate, or Apprenticeship) (Asset)
- ASE certification or willingness to obtain within an established timeline
