Key Responsibilities

- Oversee user access, setup, and permissions for sales call center applications
- Conduct quality control audits and develop reporting on key initiatives and findings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Previous exposure to Domo, Zendesk, Repsly, and NICE inContact is a plus
- Strong technical skills with a focus on alignment and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with management to implement new processes
