Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Notion workspaces, including databases and dashboards
• Support projects by structuring documentation and ensuring clear processes
• Maintain dashboards to track performance metrics and assist with process mapping

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance, claims operations, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Notion or similar tools
• Experience building dashboards or structuring workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
