Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations & Client Analyst to analyze healthcare claims and care management data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytic projects supporting Operational, Customer Success, Clinical, and Finance teams
- Create and monitor operating KPIs related to member engagement and operational efficiency
- Extract, clean, analyze data, and develop reports using SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a STEM or quantitative field
- 1-3 years of experience working with data in a Healthcare environment
- At least 2 years of experience conducting data analyses in SQL, Python, and/or R
- Ability to query databases and interpret data structures
- Strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills
