Operations and Client Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Client Analyst to analyze healthcare claims and care management data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytic projects supporting Operational, Customer Success, Clinical, and Finance teams
• Create and monitor operating KPIs related to member engagement and operational efficiency
• Extract, clean, analyze data, and develop reports using SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a STEM or quantitative field
• 1-3 years of experience working with data in a Healthcare environment
• At least 2 years of experience conducting data analyses in SQL, Python, and/or R
• Ability to query databases and interpret data structures
• Strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical skills
