Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Assistant responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operational needs of staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurements and supply inventory for daily operations
  • Support organization-wide projects and assist with administrative efficiencies
  • Coordinate logistics for facilities procurement and assist with meeting arrangements
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with 1 year of relevant experience or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of collective experience in administrative office duties preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a remote work environment preferred
