Key Responsibilities
- Scan and attach work orders completed by in-house crews into SAP
- Update Operation Status, Finish Date, and Personnel Number fields in SAP to ensure accurate work completion records
- Contact customers to coordinate inspection scheduling for chargeable work
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge and familiarity with SAP
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable in managing high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy
