Operations Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Career Operations Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile medical and pharmacy claim payments from various sources, ensuring accuracy
• Analyze and resolve posting errors, generating reconciliation reports to identify trends
• Collaborate with client engagement teams to gather business requirements and document them for technical teams

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in medical claims posting and reconciliation
• Solid understanding of medical and pharmacy claims adjudication and Medicaid reclamation
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis from relational databases
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Finance or similar enterprise financial systems
• Experience with FTP protocols and secure file transfer
