Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Engineer I (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level 2 technical support for incident management and documentation
• Deploy minor software patches and assist in application management on cloud platforms

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher
• Technical School diploma or certification
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support
• Basic understanding of coding languages such as Ruby or Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools and cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud
