A company is looking for an Operations Finance Analyst (I or II).
Key Responsibilities
- Administers daily financial management of project portfolios and special assignments
- Performs analysis of budget data and prepares payment schedules and invoices
- Coordinates with staff to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of amounts due
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Operations Finance Analyst I: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Operations Finance Analyst II: 2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information and make sound recommendations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint/VBA/SQL/Power BI/RPA is advantageous
