Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Systems Strategy & Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems to allocate labor, track OEE, and schedule orders
• Implement strategies to ensure on-time delivery of all orders
• Partner with Product and Data teams to define system requirements and enhance architecture

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles
• Strong program/project management skills with cross-functional system rollout experience
• Experience designing and implementing systems for scale (ERP/MES, scheduling)
• Data-driven with proficiency in SQL or similar tools
• Self-starter with high ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity
