Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards
- Establish quality assurance policies and lead internal and external audits for compliance
- Analyze operations to identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or operational efficiency roles, with 5 years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change in complex environments
- Proven ability to develop performance metrics and drive process automation initiatives
