Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist (CPG & Swag).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the operational execution of orders across multiple vendors, regions, and timelines
• Track and maintain order milestones including artwork approval, production status, fulfillment, and shipping
• Communicate with third-party suppliers and vendors to manage lead times, resolve order issues, and monitor fulfillment accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, merchandise production, or supply chain coordination
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with order management systems, inventory platforms, and project tracking tools
• Ability to manage timelines and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
