Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations/Supply Chain Track - Launch Early Career Leadership Program member.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and analyze testing procedures, machine capabilities, and material flow
• Work with transportation, production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and warehousing
• Manage direct reports and oversee daily management of Lean manufacturing

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Completed undergraduate degree or approaching graduation in the academic year 2025-2026
• Demonstrated passion for new challenges and continuous improvement
• Exhibited intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn
• Related internship or employment experience preferred
