Key Responsibilities
- Run and schedule jobs in production and non-production environments
- Support clients with defect triaging and resolution, including performance issues
- Monitor ticket status using TFS/Azure/Jira and provide updates to project management
Required Qualifications
- 0 - 2 years of equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Relevant work experience in software development, information technology, or system implementation
- Operations knowledge and experience with executing tasks in a high-quality manner
