Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate (PST Hours, Remote Data Entry).

Key Responsibilities

• Own key Ops Support initiatives by monitoring and reporting on operational support processes and metrics
• Support documentation analysts and monitor project progress, troubleshooting as necessary
• Complete and monitor ECM and CHW program authorizations to ensure enrollment and continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
• Excellent proficiency with GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and data tools like Looker
• Ability to work in a quiet, HIPAA compliant space with reliable internet
