Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support 1 - COE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve held CI orders by following established processes and documenting actions taken
  • Perform order resolution through outbound calls to Financial Institutions and handle incoming calls as needed
  • Execute various Exception Processing tasks, including Auto Screen, Mail Care, and order entry
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 6 months of CI experience
  • Experience working on a PC with accurate keyboarding skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
