Oracle EPM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle EPM Functional Consultant (Lead).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, define module rollout roadmap, and own solution design and configuration across EPM Cloud
• Build and govern data pipelines from ERP to EPM, define data mappings, and manage testing strategy and cycles
• Oversee cutover planning, execution, and ensure data quality and reconciliation between ERP and EPM systems

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in Oracle EPM/Hyperion with at least 3 end-to-end EPM Cloud implementations
• Strong functional finance background with hands-on configuration experience in relevant EPM modules
• Proven experience in leading workshops, writing documentation, and managing testing cycles
• Data integration expertise using EPM tools and familiarity with COA and metadata design
• Proficiency in Smart View, reporting, and stakeholder management
