Oracle HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
• Establish and execute project plans, manage project risks, and drive completion by the team
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and prepare project status reports highlighting milestones and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications
• Experience managing full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations and leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello
• Experience in risk assessment, quality reviews, and corrective actions in project management
