Oracle Recruiting Cloud Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Integration Specialist to design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle Recruiting Cloud and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ORC integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and Fast Formulas
• Implement and support ORC modules, enhancements, and third-party vendor connections
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and provide timely resolutions

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM/ORC integrations
• Proficiency with OIC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and web services (REST/SOAP)
• Strong knowledge of recruiting workflows and HR technology
• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR Tech, or related field (Oracle Cloud certification preferred)
