Job Summary
A company is looking for an Oracle Senior Application Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for Oracle ERP and EPM systems, resolving advanced issues
- Monitor support queues to ensure SLAs are met and manage ticket prioritization
- Lead root cause analysis and mentor Level 1 support analysts
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP, EPM, or enterprise business systems
- Proven working experience with Oracle ERP and EPM systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion), EDM, or related modules preferred
- BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com platform and JIRA preferred
