Order Management Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Representative 1 - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates supply chain logistics to support order fulfillment
• Enters customer orders into the order management system and prepares forecasts based on order data
• Maintains customer relations and resolves claims and complaints effectively

Required Qualifications

• 6+ months of order management experience required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience
• Ability to work within established procedures with moderate supervision
• No supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
