Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Manage and guide offshore employees, providing leadership and ensuring efficient workflows
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA designation preferred or previously held
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Proficiency in NetSuite with expertise in general ledger management and reporting
- Experience in multi-unit retail or distributed operational environments is strongly preferred
