Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reading Tutor (TOP) for the 2025-2026 school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage small groups of elementary students in virtual reading intervention sessions
• Support students' development of reading skills and a positive attitude towards reading
• Monitor activity within the virtual classroom during sessions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Positive attitude towards literacy development
• Knowledge of reading skills and concepts
• BA in education or a related discipline preferred
• State teaching certification with an endorsement in Reading preferred
• Experience with online instruction is a plus
