Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE Outbound Call Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare facilities to retrieve patient charts
• Accurately record, verify, and input all gathered information
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and adhere to internal company protocols

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (required)
• Previous experience in healthcare or medical records is highly preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
