Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Center Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer and schedule healthcare evaluations
• Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism
• Meet daily productivity goals including call volume and appointment setting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
• Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask during calls
