Outpatient Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auditor I - Outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough CPT/APC coding reviews to verify accuracy of coding assignments and reimbursement
• Document audit results clearly using AHA Coding Clinic Guidelines and CPT coding rules
• Utilize proprietary workflow systems and encoder tools efficiently to make audit determinations

Qualifications:

• Required credentials: CCS, RHIA, RHIT, or CPC
• Associates degree or 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of coding guidelines
