Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Agent to make outbound calls to medical providers to obtain medical charts for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact assigned medical providers by phone to request medical charts
• Log call transactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Meet minimum call volume and quality requirements while managing data accurately

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of call center or outbound sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Windows applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Good judgment and patience in dealing with provider inquiries
• Experience with accurate record keeping and data management
