Outreach Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Agent to make outbound calls to medical providers for obtaining medical charts.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact assigned medical providers by phone to obtain medical charts
• Utilize call scripts to encourage providers to send in charts via fax or mail
• Log call transactions and meet minimum call volume and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of call center experience, preferably in outbound or sales calls
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Good judgment and patience in handling provider interactions
• Experience with accurate record keeping and data management
