Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from individuals seeking assistance and provide guidance on overdose recognition and response
• Connect callers with relevant local resources, including treatment centers and support groups
• Document call interactions and collaborate with emergency responders and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• No formal education requirement
• Relevant lived experience with overdose, harm reduction, or substance use is preferred
• Demonstrated crisis management skills with a compassionate attitude
• Technological proficiency in using helpline software and databases
• Strict adherence to confidentiality policies regarding caller information
