Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in paid media strategy, planning, and optimization across multiple channels
- Proven track record of building and launching campaigns from scratch
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign measurement
- Experience with ad serving platforms and analytics tools
