Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
- Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers
- Document customer interactions and ensure timely processing of orders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
- Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
