Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Scheduler responsible for scheduling appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and providing instructions on its use.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
• Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities to customers
• Document customer interactions and ensure timely processing of orders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME environment is preferred
