PAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive PAP equipment by scheduling appointments and providing instructions
• Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims
• Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, encouraging compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
• Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
