The Parallel Wireless Professional Services (PS) organization is looking for a System Engineer Intern to perform remote Customer network deployment & testing. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a college or post-graduate degree in the telecommunications (with Radio Access Network (RAN), RF Engineering preferred), or Data Networking and Computer Science. As part of PW’s PS organization, this role would interface with PW’s service provider customers, as well as, PW Technical Support, Systems Engineering and Development Engineering teams.

What you need :- Minimum 0-1 years with a focus on telecommunications (with Radio Access Network (RAN), RF Engineering preferred), or Data Networking and Computer Science or AI/ML
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a cohesive team environment.
- Focus on RAN or RF Engineering a major plus.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Routing protocols, TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling and security protocols.
- Unix/Linux systems knowledge.
- Kubernetes, AWS, server virtualization and cloud experience a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to understand technical issues.
- A team player who works well with shared responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks.
What you will do : - Will be part of a System Engineering team working from Bangalore location.
- Planning, Design, Implementation, and support of Mobile Radio Networks
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems.
- Conduct System Integration of OpenRAN DU/CU devices in the mobile network
- Understand Customer infrastructures, their needs and provide expertise and consulting solutions
- Analyze system logs, KPI performance issues and the production environment of OpCos.
- Support field team with HW installation
- Install SW & commission the radio nodes
- Author and present customer facing presentations and written technical materials
