Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Coordinator who will manage day-to-day tasks supporting client marketing and enrollment management plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
  • Oversee project management tasks, including monitoring deadlines and managing internal creative projects
  • Handle billing processes and provide regular updates on project statuses to relevant stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in project or event management from concept to completion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service and building relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus
