Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine support for the Accounting Department, including data entry and database management
- Assist with billing invoicing, customer statement preparation, and maintain vendor and customer records
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff to meet strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or a minimum of two years' work experience in a similar role
- One or more years' experience using NetSuite Accounting software
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills
- Must have access to reliable, high-speed internet
