Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Research Analyst to assist in the creation of commercial real estate appraisal reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and gather data for commercial real estate appraisals, including property and market write-ups
• Confirm comparable property information and manage client site profiles and expense reports
• Assist with report uploads, ensuring data accuracy and supporting appraisers with their assigned reports

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts (preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel) and online research tools
• Reliable, organized, and responsive with a positive attitude
• Ability to grasp new but basic real estate concepts
• Experience in maintaining and organizing files for easy access
