Part-Time Tutor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time tutor to instruct high school students in various academic subjects and standardized tests.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students privately in-person and online for ACT, SAT, ISEE/SSAT, AP exams, and academic subjects
• Work with students in small groups as needed, particularly for exam preparation
• Provide support and engage with students and parents to foster a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree
• Ability to score in the 98th percentile or above for ACT/SAT/AP exams or 95th percentile for academic subjects and GRE/GMAT
• Commitment to teaching and helping students discover their potential
• Professional demeanor when interacting with both teens and adults
• Reliability and accountability in meeting commitments and responsibilities
