A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting payors and patients
- Document account actions and maintain productivity goals while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assist with special projects and communicate findings to management
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred
- 1-4 years of medical claims and/or hospital collections experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate patient accounting applications
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Minimum typing requirement of 45 wpm
