Patient Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Women's Health Inbound Patient Advocate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing services by communicating with patients and healthcare providers through various channels
• Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and ensure timely delivery of test results
• Collaborate with multiple departments to address orders and billing processes while identifying service improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor's degree
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Experience with PC applications, including Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
• Strong organizational and task management skills
