Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Benefit Rep II.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Self Pay accounts receivable and aid in resolving patient accounts for payment
• Conduct research, audits, and educational sessions to support peers and leadership in managing receivables
• Develop skills in Epic and desktop tools to manage projects effectively and ensure accurate processing

Required Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent
• 3 years of prior Revenue Cycle Experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Expanded Epic knowledge with basic report writing
• Ability to collect and analyze data
