Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Engagement Coordinator to manage leads and support patient engagement from initial contact to appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing/referral channels in Salesforce
- Schedule consultations and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversion and patient satisfaction
- Deliver weekly reports on lead volume, conversion, and campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of office administrative experience, preferably in a medical/dental/therapy office
- Experience with medical terminology, accounts receivable, insurance collections, or billing preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and databases
