Patient Contact Center Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative - CPC CP - Billing / Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collections
• Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements
• Document all actions taken on accounts and maintain communication with patients regarding their inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
• Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions including billing and collections
• Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
• Ability to work independently and follow established guidelines
