Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments in the EMR system
  • Document patient requests and information accurately to ensure effective responses
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet call production goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, medical office, or as a receptionist
  • Previous medical office experience preferred; optometric or ophthalmic experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer programs simultaneously
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
